What you will do

• Educate and inspire via high-quality content like blog posts, videos, tutorials, and documentation on innersourcing, best practices, and AI-driven developer workflows.
• Build and maintain open-source examples, reference architectures, and starter kits showcasing best practices for the platform and AI tooling.
• Engage with developer communities, answer questions, gather feedback, and foster inclusive environments.
• Act as the voice of developers by collecting and presenting feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Deliver talks, workshops, and represent the company as a thought leader.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to influence developer relations strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development, 2+ years in developer-facing roles (Developer Relations, Advocacy, Solutions Engineering).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts engagingly in writing and speaking.
• Community-building experience with empathy and focus on others' success.
• Advanced Python proficiency for prototypes and solutions.
• Deep hands-on AI/ML expertise, especially building with LLMs.
• Expertise in core languages (Python, JS/TS, Java/Kotlin), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers (Docker/K8s), serverless, IaC, APIs, microservices, CI/CD.
