What you will do

• Prioritize and inform go-to-market strategy for new integrated solution offerings in Oil & Gas.
• Craft value propositions for integrated solutions and make go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers, segment leaders, and execution teams on strategic account management.
• Identify new client needs and drive pursuits strategy.
• Develop internal and external relationships to align offerings and support business development.
• Manage marketing, business development, and proposal budgets for focus areas.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business/consulting environment; 12-15+ years preferred in Oil & Gas
• Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred); Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years experience in solution delivery or development
• Comprehensive market awareness in South East Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore)
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global solutions (advisory, planning, asset management, digital transformation, etc.)
• Experience in pursuit strategy, marketing, business development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records
