What you will do

  • Partner with regional leaders to shape and execute the APAC qualitative consulting strategy.
  • Design and lead high-impact, multi-market qualitative studies, ensuring local nuances are translated into regional insights.
  • Integrate AI-supported qualitative methods and lead qual-quant convergence on strategic projects.
  • Translate complex research findings into actionable implications through storytelling and client workshops.
  • Coach and enable market teams on consulting-grade storytelling, synthesis, and activation-led delivery.
  • Represent qualitative thinking in senior client forums and regional strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of qualitative research experience with significant multi-market APAC exposure.
  • Proven background in consulting-led qualitative work rather than just research delivery.
  • Deep expertise in both classic and modern qualitative research methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in facilitation, workshopping, and co-creation.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across markets without formal authority.
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled research tools and methods.
