What you will do

• Own design and implementation of major deliverables across full technology stack including frontend, API, database, infrastructure, and AI agent architecture.
• Build scalable services that reduce engineering complexity while enabling partner teams to innovate.
• Leverage AI tools throughout development for coding, debugging, and problem-solving to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, technical program managers, and partner teams.
• Lead on quality, consistency, maintainability, performance, and security in rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of systems
• Experience as mentor, tech lead, or leading engineering team
• Solid full-stack coding expertise and understanding of AI agent concepts, context management, memory systems, LLMs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast learner staying current with AI technologies.

Nice to have

• 5+ years full software development lifecycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
