What you will do

• Provide demand services to ships in US and Caribbean ports, primarily while in service or dry docked.
• Prepare software in-house and execute upgrade projects with global marine teams.
• Maintain customer relationships, follow up on implementations, and uncover sales opportunities.
• Generate reports on service visits to document work and value provided.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and grow the marine business.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required; other languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in automation, electrical, or IT, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth experience with hirify.global DNA and XDi systems, marine applications, instrumentation, and installation of marine automation systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and IT networks.
• Leadership skills, troubleshooting expertise, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75%.
