What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and peripheral devices in labs and data centers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions using diagnostic tools and system logs.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, including component swaps and firmware updates.
• Manage hardware assets using DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Sites, and engineering teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Maintain clear online documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident history.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in computer architecture and operating systems.
• Proficiency with command-line shells for debugging and system management.
• Hands-on experience working with servers, desktops, and PCIe boards.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in confined or high-noise spaces.
