Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Author and maintain test programs for the Cirris CH2 platform, covering continuity, shorts, resistance, and high voltage testing.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and interface adapters to accommodate various connector libraries.
• Execute end-of-line and in-process electrical testing and develop documented workflows for production personnel.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for First Article Inspection (FAI) and customer witness events.
• Generate test reports, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and drive Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
• Manage test station upkeep, including calibration tracking and 5S compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automated wire harness test equipment (Cirris platform strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with hipot/dielectric withstanding testing in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret wire lists, schematics, connector drawings, and test specifications.
• Working knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 acceptance criteria.
• Experience authoring aerospace or defense level test documentation with strict traceability.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)

Nice to have

• Experience in NASA 8739.4 or AS9100 environments.
• Familiarity with fixture design and basic fabrication (machining, 3D printing).
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIS or CIT certification.
