What you will do

• Own and evolve the business performance measurement approach, ensuring consistency and trust in core metrics.
• Synthesize complex analyses into decision-ready narratives for the CFO and executive leadership.
• Embed analytics into high-priority initiatives, sizing opportunities and defining success metrics.
• Lead a team of analytics leaders and embedded analysts, establishing operating models and intake processes.
• Maintain high standards for analytical rigor, data quality, and storytelling across the organization.
• Partner with Strategic Finance and FP&A to align forecasting, performance tracking, and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or strategy with experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Proven success leading analytics and data science teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and technical fluency to guide work without being hands-on in tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
• Strong collaborator able to drive alignment across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
