What you will do

• Identify and assess risks to business and consumers.
• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and meet regulatory obligations.
• Monitor and review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate suspicious activities and detect fraud through pattern analysis.
• Process and verify customer cash outs.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve payment issues and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or data processing.
• 21+ years old with High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Analytical and diligent mindset.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; subject to background checks and regulatory approvals.

• Background in payments, risk management, or fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools, payment systems, and customer service software.
• Experience with CRM and ERP applications.
