TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing incident response team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute the enterprise incident response strategy aligned with risk posture and business needs.
  • Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Lead major incident response activities, including real-time triage, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Establish and track KPIs and KRIs to optimize program performance and visibility.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance the scale and speed of incident response.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Computer Science with 12+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 8+ years).
  • 5-7 years of experience managing and developing employees.
  • Proven leadership in scaling global incident response and cyber defense programs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of forensics, malware analysis, and cloud-native incident response.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, SOX, and PCI-DSS.
  • English: Fluent written and oral communication required.
