Location: Based in Budapest, Hungary; ability to live and work in Budapest (relevant permit can be obtained for successful applicants). Limited travel required (~10% of time).

What you will do

• Daily monitor sales trends, competitor fares and capacity, explain performance drivers, and propose actions for revenue shortfalls or opportunities.
• Review pricing for individuals, groups, allotments; manage promotions and special events.
• Support projects to automate pricing and yield management tools; align with Data Science and IT for process improvements.
• Drive revenue management innovations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Cooperate with sales, marketing, digital revenue, and network teams to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience with 2+ years in pricing, strategy, consulting or similar; data interpretation and analytics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences or analytical field.
• Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills; team player for cross-functional projects.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure in uncertain environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel industry.
• PowerBI, SQL or other technical skills.
