Full-Stack Engineer (AI Security)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $125,000–$300,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Build end-to-end products across backend services, detection pipelines, product infrastructure, and user experiences.
• Develop systems that prevent AI-powered social engineering and support security simulations.
• Own customer-facing workflows and greenfield product capabilities from problem definition through launch.
• Evaluate ambiguous customer problems, trade-offs, and product strategy with product, design, and engineering partners.
• Ship simple, maintainable, reliable production software designed for speed and easy operation.
• Share context, review code, mentor teammates, and improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience shipping and operating production software used by real customers.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products in security, AI, or data-intensive environments.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions independently, and balance prototyping, hardening, and simplification.
• Clear and empathetic communication of nuanced technical ideas and trade-offs.
• Ability to work from the New York City office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams, founding a company, or working in a high-growth startup.
• Existing expertise with Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
