What you will do

• Supervise service team on route and in-house for customer service, sales, pick-up, and delivery.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate service team to ensure high customer service and product quality.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites and assist team with lifting, carrying, and account visits.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle contract renewals, increase internal sales, and optimize route structure.
• Ensure driver compliance and efficient service operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license, at least 21 years old, DOT medical certification, and prior employment documentation (must meet all DOT requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs prior to start).

Nice to have
