What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable applications on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Own the full engineering lifecycle including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and maintainable code.
• Enforce coding standards, secure practices, and mentor teammates.
• Support production systems via on-call rotation for reliable releases.

Requirements

• Hybrid location: 25% office time required in Milwaukee, Maitland, or Boston.
• 5+ years mainframe expertise with COBOL development, JCL, DB2/IMS/VSAM data management.
• Familiarity with Xpediter, Endevor, strong testing and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and communicate across teams.
