Sr Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead programs and complex projects, including turning around challenging initiatives.
• Build and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including detailed planning and estimates.
• Manage communication, operational reviews, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with resource managers and gather detailed requirements.
• Provide regular status reports on milestones and critical path items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading product/services delivery from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, etc.).
• Strong leadership, motivational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
