Cash Compensation Range: $153,500 - $247,250 USD

What you will do
- Own the activation strategy for Online Stores, defining success for seller segments and mapping journeys from signup to first sale.
- Create and prioritize a roadmap using data from funnels, research, market insights, and ROI justification.
- Improve onboarding flows for store setup, product creation, payments, and launch checklists to reduce friction.
- Define and monitor activation metrics like time-to-first-publish, time-to-first-sale, and retention to guide decisions.
- Guide end-to-end product development from discovery to iteration, partnering with design, engineering, UX research, and analytics.
- Run experiments with A/B tests and feature flags; collaborate with marketing, customer ops, and data teams.
- Set outcome-based goals and influence broader commerce strategy for new sellers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience managing software products from creation through launch and iteration.
- Experience owning activation, onboarding, or growth funnels for consumer or SMB products with measurable improvements.
- Nuanced understanding of product discovery and delivery, including experimentation and hypothesis-driven development.
- Ability to use data and research for problem definition, opportunity sizing, tradeoffs, funnel analysis, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication to align cross-functional partners around goals and outcomes.
- Comfort with complex systems like payments, checkout, inventory, simplifying into intuitive experiences.
- Track record of setting goals and driving business/customer impact.
