$100 - $5,000 a month (commission-based, $100-$500+ per event based on ticket prices, show volume, and performance).

What you will do

  • Promote and sell tickets using self-directed local marketing tactics to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop and execute city strategy including show frequency, themes, and neighborhoods.
  • Curate and book diverse artists and venues, expanding local networks.
  • Manage staffing, hospitality, and quality for magical event experiences.
  • Oversee financial performance of events and pursue sponsorships/private events with local businesses.
  • Build community partnerships and collaborate with other leaders for buzz and brand amplification.
  • Support global teams with high-quality curation and operations for partnership events.

Requirements

  • Deep local connections and active role in building community around the scene.
  • 3-5 years experience in live event curation, production, and promotions.
  • Experience selling event sponsorships or marketing activations, with track record of closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of local city dynamics, neighborhoods, and audience hangouts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building with organizations, media, and businesses.
  • Proven promotion skills and strategic alliances to drive ticket sales.
  • Professionalism, ownership, time management, clear communication, and autonomy.
