What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities and events that support charitable causes.
• Welcome, engage, and inspire corporate participants during on-location experiences.
• Support nonprofits in the facilitation and execution of in-person events.
• Manage group dynamics to keep events flowing and participants active.

Requirements

• Must be based in Wilmington, DE; availability to work on a per-event contract basis.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Extensive experience in public speaking and interacting with groups.
• Proven background in group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Strong ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet during live events.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar professions requiring audience interaction.
