What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities for corporate groups.
• Welcome and inspire participants throughout the event duration.
• Support nonprofit partners in facilitating in-person experiences.
• Manage group dynamics and ensure events flow smoothly.
• Problem-solve on the fly to address any issues during live events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Branson, MO
• Fluent in English
• Extremely comfortable with public speaking and interacting with groups.
• High energy, charismatic personality, and a sense of fun.
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, or improv.
