Senior UX Designer

Salary: $104,300 - $155,430 plus corporate bonus potential

What you will do

• Design UX patterns and guardrails for AI-accelerated front-end, partnering with IT Product Owners and AI teams for consistent, usable UIs
• Review, refine, and correct AI-generated UIs, defining UX and accessibility criteria
• Lead end-to-end UX for internal tools like portals, dashboards, and SharePoint/M365 from discovery to delivery
• Map user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns for complex workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specs; collaborate with Product Owners, TPMs, Architects, and devs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and analytics

Requirements

• 8+ years as UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer for web apps, admin consoles, or enterprise workflows (ITSM, CRM, ERP, HRIS preferred)
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, designing UX patterns, reviewing AI UIs for quality and accessibility
• Strong interaction design: journeys, workflows, edge cases in B2B/IT ecosystems
• UX principles, heuristics, Gestalt for data-heavy experiences; user research and iterative methods
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam; design systems, responsive layouts, WCAG accessibility
• Data-informed mindset, agile teams, communication with technical stakeholders; Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or equivalent + portfolio
