What you will do

• Create user interface screens and prototypes in Figma, including components, styles, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Define user journeys, wireframes, and end-to-end navigation flows based on product requirements and user needs.
• Conduct or facilitate user research, develop personas, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI screens for multiple devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, iterate designs, and align on outcomes.
• Contribute to design systems with reusable components and patterns, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, styles, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and handoff to development.
• Experience translating product requirements and user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes conveying end-to-end flows.
• Proven ability to design intuitive, accessible, responsive UI for multiple devices.
• Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams and excellent communication to articulate design decisions.
• Familiarity with design systems and ability to contribute reusable components.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and basic understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG).

Nice to have

• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and UX metrics (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum).
