What you will do

• Design and maintain the design system in Figma, ensuring alignment with the engineering component library.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, production-ready designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Establish and enforce design patterns, visual standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Lead user research and usability testing to validate concepts and improve product quality.
• Review production implementations to ensure design fidelity and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with 2+ years in a senior-level role.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise in web applications.
• English proficiency: C1 required for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Time zone alignment: Ability to collaborate synchronously with team members during core hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time).
