TL;DR

Technical Specialist Internship (Partnerships): Managing channel activations, partner support, and onboarding for white label partners with an accent on coaching, workflow optimization, and relationship building. Focus on providing tier 1 support, feature training, and trend identification to enhance efficiency.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (3 days office, 2 days remote). Must possess the legal right to work in Mexico; no relocation or travel assistance.

What you will do

  • Manage internal and external communications for 3rd party delivery channel activations with white label partners, including workflows for platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
  • Provide support and updates to partners on launch day, ensuring smooth activations and following up on issues.
  • Coach and train partners on product features, best practices, and 1:1 sessions to maximize performance.
  • Identify trends in support and onboarding, developing new workflows for efficiency.
  • Handle tier 1 support via Slack or email, triaging escalations.
  • Act as subject matter expert for features, collaborating with sales and onboarding teams, and leading training.
  • Assist with partner intake and commission statements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of hirify.global platform to explain features and capabilities.
  • Project management skills to prioritize multiple partners.
  • Partner-centric mindset with empathy for needs and challenges.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting basic software issues.
  • Attention to detail for managing requests and auditing documentation.
  • Adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Experience in restaurants, POS, customer support, or 3PD (Uber/DoorDash).
