What you will do

• Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt personnel, oversee departmental activities, identify priorities, recommend headcount, and develop action plans.
• Develop and recommend revisions to internal standards, policies, procedures, and programs to improve efficiency and meet service level objectives.
• Research and resolve complex problems, participate in customer interactions, and ensure internal controls minimize losses.
• Predict, control, and approve changes in workload, procedures, and schedules through operational analysis.
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, operational conversions, committees, and review regulatory impacts on operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 8–10 years of directly related experience in a high volume securities operations environment; Wealth Management workflow operations strongly preferred.
• Strong adaptability, decision making, communication, customer orientation, and technical expertise.
