Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own and evolve brand guidelines including typography, color, layouts, components, and usage rules.
• Lead digital experience design for hirify.global.com, translating product narratives into conversion-oriented web experiences.
• Scale creative assets for social, paid media, email with scalable templates and frameworks.
• Design for events and physical products, handling off-screen translation and production details.
• Manage and mentor design team through direction, prioritization, critiques, and hands-on guidance as player-coach.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in brand design, marketing design, or creative direction in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech, portfolio across web, social, email, print, events, physical products.
• Leadership experience managing designers, running reviews, presenting to senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in building design guidelines, component libraries, templates for digital and physical.
• Expert in Figma, proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), motion, animation, print production.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Thrive under pressure, fast execution without compromising quality.
