Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation: $150K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Uplevel visual design across the entire product suite, including desktop web app, OS flowbar, iOS, and Android.
• Design and produce dev-ready motion and interactions, providing clean Lottie/motion-file handoffs to engineering.
• Build a custom, on-brand illustrative icon set to replace generic library icons.
• Support product-marketing launches by creating interactive demos, storyboards, and website assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, marketing, and engineering teams to move faster on visual iterations.

Requirements

• Senior or principal-level experience with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Deep expertise in animation and motion, including the technical craft required for engineering handoff.
• Strong illustration and iconography skills to define a custom visual language.
• Experience working with design systems, treating them as a foundation rather than a limitation.
• Digital-first portfolio demonstrating range across both product and marketing design.
• Non-negotiable AI-native workflow: fluent use of tools like Claude, Dessn, Paper, and Figma.
