What you will do

• Oversee global 24x7 TOC staff including first-responder, senior, and SRE engineers for critical services availability.
• Direct triage for self-hosted compute/storage/network and public cloud infrastructure.
• Lead TOC/NOC consolidation into regional centers and standardize runbooks/processes.
• Drive operational improvements, incident response efficiency, and MTTR reduction.
• Manage L1/L2 workloads, onboarding provisioning, and collaboration with Advanced Operations and Systems Engineering.
• Develop TOC as observability center with operational analytics for internal/external workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years in large-scale production networks/systems operations with SRE background.
• Proven leadership of globally distributed 24x7 teams and major incident handling.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure; Linux/Windows; VMware/Proxmox/KVM/Hyper-V; Terraform/Ansible IaC.
• Exceptional communication for technical and management audiences.
• Experience with documentation, audits, automation, and workflow optimization.
