What you will do

• Work closely with product teams to achieve success from the user’s perspective.
• Collaborate on best practices, core concepts, and research & development.
• Plan and execute major features, representing engineering with product and design.
• Contribute across the stack including backup agents, server infrastructure, and UI.
• Maintain accountability while owning core values in daily work.

Requirements

• Skilled in large-scale distributed backend systems using compiled languages like Java, C#, Go.
• Experience chasing tough problems in distributed systems environments.
• Handle production crises under pressure with Linux and hardware performance correlation.
• Comfortable working across modern web application stack.
• Curious, collaborative, intellectually honest, and always expanding knowledge.
