What you will do

• Own and optimize Flo’s presence in AI-generated search environments like ChatGPT and Gemini, monitoring for gaps or misrepresentations and correcting them
• Build and manage reputation across Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia as primary AI citation sources
• Develop Wikipedia strategy for accuracy, neutrality, and strong positioning
• Rework website content to serve as AI-native source answering user queries
• Strengthen mid-funnel LLM conversations for brand preference in comparisons
• Scale systems for external signals like reviews and third-party content
• Partner with PR, Product, Social, Customer Support, and Marketing for consistent messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years in online reputation, digital PR, content, or related roles
• Understanding of how LLMs source and surface information
• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia
• Experience shaping brand perception on external platforms
• Strong analytical mindset linking reputation to business impact
• Ability to build and scale processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments
