Web Specialist

TL;DR

Web Specialist (Marketing/Web): Own web request intake, triage, and project coordination between marketing stakeholders and web dev team with an accent on scoping, QA, and quality reviews. Focus on enforcing briefing standards, managing backlogs, supporting CRO initiatives, and ensuring high-conversion pages ship without issues.

Location: London (must be based within commuting distance of hubs, IRL-first 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end web request intake: receive, qualify, triage, prioritise from marketing, growth, and other stakeholders
• Act as day-to-day PM between web dev and business: align scope, track delivery, manage QA cycles and feedback loops
• Conduct copy and UX reviews, support CRO with A/B tests, flag issues before launch
• Maintain web backlog, sprint board, guidelines, SOPs, and produce status reports
• Support Head of Web on strategic projects, roadmap planning, and post-launch analysis

Requirements

• 3–5 years in web operations, digital PM, or coordination, ideally B2B SaaS/scale-up
• Understanding of CMS workflows, basic HTML/CSS, staging/production, QA processes
• Grasp of conversion fundamentals: CTAs, landing pages, form optimisation, copy review
• Manage multiple workstreams, coordinate technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organised, process-minded, strong written communication
• English as official office language

Nice to have

• Experience with StoryBlok or other CMS
• SEO fundamentals, A/B testing/CRO tools
• UX principles, Figma, web performance metrics
