What you will do

• Manage Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies including storage, backup, networking, and Site Recovery.
• Configure and troubleshoot Application Gateway, Web Apps, CDN, AD authentication, and Key Vaults.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with VSTS, integrate on-premises and cloud solutions, and handle Kubernetes and Service Fabric.
• Support 24/7 operations, incident/change management using ServiceNow, and create SOPs for team execution.
• Evaluate migration costs, design DR roadmaps, and ramp up on new technologies for customer requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Azure IaaS/PaaS, Storage, Backup, Networking, SSO, IAM, and Site Recovery.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, Web Apps, CDN, Application Gateway, Key Vaults, VSTS CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Service Fabric, Container Registry, PowerShell scripting, JSON templates.
• Experience in 24/7 operations, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and global client-facing roles.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams.
