What you will do
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with largest customer groups, aligning shared goals for mutual success in digital and payment solutions.
- Act as primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Identify and drive co-innovation opportunities by integrating Banqup’s financial tools into partners’ ecosystems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) and partner teams on joint go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives.
- Promote cross-platform adoption within partners’ networks to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance using KPIs, CRM dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership development in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environment.
- Experience selling complex solutions to mid-sized to large organisations, engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing commercial and partnership agreements.
- Result-driven with experience working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Dutch, and French.
