What you will do

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with largest customer groups, aligning shared goals for mutual success in digital and payment solutions.
  • Act as primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Identify and drive co-innovation opportunities by integrating Banqup’s financial tools into partners’ ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) and partner teams on joint go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives.
  • Promote cross-platform adoption within partners’ networks to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance using KPIs, CRM dashboards, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership development in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to mid-sized to large organisations, engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing commercial and partnership agreements.
  • Result-driven with experience working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Dutch, and French.
