TL;DR
Brand Manager (FMCG): Leading activation of brand strategy in SEA distributor markets (Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand) across consumer-facing channels with an accent on growth vision, category insights, and integrated marketing plans. Focus on developing brand marketing plans, implementing activations, analyzing performance, and managing product launches.
Hybrid working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, covering SEA markets.

What you will do
- Lead development and implementation of the Brand Marketing Plan with cross-functional teams and distributors.
- Drive innovation, activation, advertising, and budget management for brand initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer, category, channel, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support business development with brand materials, insights, and customer plans.
- Manage new product launches including P&L, pricing, positioning, and deployment in local markets.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across OOH, retail, and ecommerce with ABL/BTL strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in consumer goods.
- Proven experience developing and implementing integrated brand plans.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment and manage stakeholders internally and externally.
- Bias for action, ownership, resilience, and customer-centric mindset.

- Obsession with consumer insights and future needs.
- Media-savvy with digital marketing knowledge.
- Project and budget management experience.
- Experience managing SEA markets.
- Diverse FMCG/startup background and regional exposure.
- Familiarity with Kantar and Euromonitor systems.
