Brand Manager (FMCG)

Brand Manager (FMCG): Leading activation of brand strategy in SEA distributor markets (Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand) across consumer-facing channels with an accent on growth vision, category insights, and integrated marketing plans. What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of the Brand Marketing Plan with cross-functional teams and distributors.
• Drive innovation, activation, advertising, and budget management for brand initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer, category, channel, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support business development with brand materials, insights, and customer plans.
• Manage new product launches including P&L, pricing, positioning, and deployment in local markets.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across OOH, retail, and ecommerce with ABL/BTL strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proven experience developing and implementing integrated brand plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment and manage stakeholders internally and externally.
• Bias for action, ownership, resilience, and customer-centric mindset.
