IT Operations - Workplace (Internship)

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for hardware, workplace IT, laptops, peripherals, and common software issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation and user assistance.
• Manage the IT equipment lifecycle, inventory, stock organization, procurement, and logistics.
• Administer daily MDM activities in JumpCloud, including enrollment, device checks, groups, policies, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Maintain meeting-room equipment, office IT setups, printers, cabling, screens, audio, and basic network access.
• Document procedures, maintain installation scripts, support tool rollouts, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Student in IT or a technical field.
• Comfortable with everyday IT tools and environments, hardware troubleshooting, and workplace IT.
• Strong willingness to help users, with good communication skills.
• Dynamic, autonomous, reliable, curious, organized, and motivated to learn.
• Comfortable with spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of MDM tools such as JumpCloud or an equivalent.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or PowerShell.
• Interest in IT security topics.
