Product Operations Intern: Own recurring reporting (OKRs, MBRs, provider invoices) and manage operational processes in the Product organization with an accent on precision, reliability, and automation. Location: Paris (Hybrid, work from home up to 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Own invoice and provider management: collect invoices, log in Coupa, track internally.
• Lead at least one strategic side project: competitor database cleanup, AI tools inventory, demo account mapping.
• Use AI to automate tasks, improve documentation, and work more efficiently.
• Produce precise, reliable monthly reporting for product leadership (OKRs, MBRs).

Requirements

• Obsessive attention to detail: catch inconsistencies, deliver clean, complete, precise work.
• Strong written English: document clearly, produce reporting with minimal editing needed.
• Comfort with operational ownership of recurring processes.
• Stakeholder management: chase inputs from Product leadership diplomatically.
• AI-native mindset: experiment, automate, find smarter ways to work.
