What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Enterprise Performance solutions.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts to deliver innovative advertising tools.
• Collaborate with global leadership across business, engineering, and operations to align product delivery with market opportunities.
• Validate product value through engagement with clients, publishers, and agency partners.
• Shape product positioning and go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing teams.
• Establish success metrics and identify north-star indicators for long-term product impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in the ad-tech industry.
• Extensive experience in performance advertising (mid-funnel, lower-funnel, or retail media).
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Deep understanding of advertising technology stacks.
• Fluent in English with the ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
