Product Manager - AI Customer Support (AI): Owning a product area at the frontier of AI to reinvent customer support by empowering Care teams with AI agents that automate written and voice conversations with an accent on coherent experiences across Email, Phone, and Chat. Focus on building tooling for Care and Ops teams to configure, test, monitor, and improve AI agents while staying at the forefront of AI progress and deploying across multiple countries.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, or Bordeaux, France

What you will do

  • Go deep on user needs, define product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact product roadmap.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and ops to define and implement the right product.
  • Partner and align with sales, customer care, and insurance teams.
  • Shape next-generation AI customer support with correct resolutions and smooth escalations.
  • Build tooling for configuring, testing, monitoring, and improving AI agents with guardrails for trust and quality.
  • Translate AI progress into product impact across multiple countries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management (or equivalent) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
  • Curiosity and excitement for AI: experience building AI products or strong willingness to learn LLM-based systems.
  • Builder mindset: hands-on with debug tools, traces, evaluation dashboards, and workflows.
  • Strong product execution: set measurable goals, prioritize, ship iteratively.
  • Bridge technical and non-technical worlds, drive alignment.
  • Member-first instinct: run discovery (interviews, shadowing, data) and turn insights into solutions.
  • Strong written communication skills.
