Senior Brand Designer

TL;DR

Senior Brand Designer (Brand Studio): Elevate hirify.global’ brand across all channels and collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into visually compelling deliverables with an accent on design systems, motion graphics, and scalable design language. Focus on iterating the design foundation, creating templates and systems for high-impact delivery, and working with exciting brands on their journeys.

Hybrid: regular time in one of our US or Europe hubs required, some focused work can be done remotely, occasional travel for workshops and off-sites.

Salary Range: $170000 - 200000 USD

What you will do

• Elevate hirify.global’ brand across all channels, formats, and verticals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
• Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language as part of a small high-impact team.
• Create templates and systems for the Design team to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong motion design skills (e.g. After Effects) and ability to bring assets to life.
• 7+ years agency or scale-up experience with proven track record on larger design initiatives like rebranding or product launches.
• Strong communicator able to uncover real needs, think beyond briefs, manage workload independently, and iterate quickly with resilience to feedback.
• Inspired, craft-focused with strong opinions, highly organized, curious, adaptable, and growth-oriented.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software (e.g. Blender) for custom visuals.
• Experience working with website CMS and/or email design tools.
• Fintech industry familiarity; mobile and web UI understanding.
