Salary: $95,000 – $103,000

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into production-ready digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across web, app, CRM, and social channels.
• Execute high-volume production while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Optimize files for performance, accessibility, and multiple formats.
• Manage version control, file organization, and identify workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in production design, preferably in eCommerce or fast-paced in-house teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, breakpoints, asset specs, and file optimization.
• Experience working with scalable design systems and established brand guidelines.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IA, KS, MA, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX.

Nice to have

• Basic motion and animation skills.
• Experience with DAM systems and workflow tools.
• Familiarity with WCAG / ADA accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
