Location: Miami, Sarasota, or Washington D.C.

Annual Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)

What you will do

• Lead brand design aligned with hirify.global’s philosophy across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand suite to life
• Produce illustrations and graphics from concept to delivery
• Champion consistency and enforce brand guidelines
• Create reusable assets like landing pages, marketing decks, display ads, social media assets, presentations, and event content
• Generate visuals connecting with creators, users, advertisers, and businesses
• Coordinate with artists, photographers, and agencies

Requirements

• 3+ years’ design experience with portfolio of marketing campaign work
• 3+ years’ experience with email design, preferably using Figma
• Experience with large format designs
• Ability to connect strategy to design work
• Comfort in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Proactive mindset, staying ahead of needs
• General understanding of performance and growth marketing

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or advertising sectors
• Designing assets for social media like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
• Proficiency in Figma
• Creative agency experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Creative, Design, or equivalent
