Location: Remote in Japan, Tokyo office at least two days per week

What you will do
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing customer needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
- Execute lead generation campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
- Use tools to pass qualified leads to enterprise sales and forecast opportunities.
- Manage connections between stakeholders and customers.
- Determine prospect authority, need, and timing for Enterprise purchases.
Requirements
- 6+ months in business development, sales, consulting, or marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in customer-facing roles via email, online meetings, or phone calls.
- Business proficiency in English and Japanese
- Willingness to work from Tokyo office at least two days per week
Nice to have
- 1+ year in business development, sales, consulting, or marketing.
- Knowledge of Git and workflows.
- High energy, collaborative attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments and openness to travel.
