Location: Remote in Japan, Tokyo office at least two days per week

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing customer needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
  • Use hirify.global tools to pass qualified leads to enterprise sales and forecast opportunities.
  • Manage connections between stakeholders and customers.
  • Determine prospect authority, need, and timing for hirify.global Enterprise purchases.

Requirements

  • 6+ months in business development, sales, consulting, or marketing (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles via email, online meetings, or phone calls.
  • Business proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Willingness to work from Tokyo office at least two days per week

Nice to have

  • 1+ year in business development, sales, consulting, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of Git and hirify.global workflows.
  • High energy, collaborative attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments and openness to travel.
