Location: Remote from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, or other European countries with work from home arrangement

What you will do

• Review lot titles, descriptions, pictures, and provide estimated values for user submissions.
• Reject submissions professionally and courteously when necessary.
• Collaborate with experts to create attractive weekly auctions.
• Develop seller base with sales team by reviewing segments, onboarding high-potential leads, and upselling existing sellers.
• Leverage network of sellers, buyers, and experts to grow decorative object auctions.

Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, or other European countries
• Generalist knowledge of decorative interior objects (lamps, candlesticks, mirrors, tapestries, boxes, bookends).
• Passion for pre-owned vintage and antique objects, ability to judge repairs, restorations, and age.
• Knowledge of materials like woods, metals, silvers.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Interest in developing network of dealers and buyers.
• Excellent English communication.
• Great computer skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of antique religious items.
• Documented commercial experience in price negotiations, seller agreements, sourcing leads.
• Affinity for numbers and analyzing auction results.
