What you will do

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel, including air, hotel, and ground transport.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences and company policy.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travelers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance service culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders, C-suite, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Exposure to out-of-hours or on-call travel support models.
