What you will do

• Perform daily and yearly physical checks of installed IT equipment and maintain the CMDB up to date.
• Analyze gaps between physical assets and the inventory base, and carry out additional verifications when needed.
• Investigate missing items by contacting the last known user or the relevant IT team through appropriate channels.
• Record and update the inventory upon confirmation of an item’s presence, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Conduct on-site verifications, including scanning and tracking of IT assets upon request.
• Ensure proper administrative and inventory follow-up, processing all update requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics processes for goods and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Office suite.
• Knowledge of IT consumer market products.
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate procedures and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English and French (B2 level).
