What you will do

• Lead and develop a Brazil-based marketing operations team supporting North America.
• Establish marketing intake workflows, prioritize requests, and coordinate across campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives.
• Partner with sales on lead lifecycle, MQL/SAL definitions, and funnel health monitoring.
• Improve marketing systems, automation, and processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Synthesize campaign data into insights for investment decisions, SEO/AEO, and lead quality trends.
• Provide actionable reporting connecting marketing to business outcomes and align with global standards.

Requirements

• 6–8 years in marketing operations in B2B environment
• Fluent or highly proficient English for work with North America teams
• Experience managing marketing operations or campaign teams
• Work with marketing automation, CRM, intent platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, 6sense, Demandbase)
• Supporting demand generation, ABM, integrated programs
• Managing data analytics, attribution, funnel reporting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in technology, consulting, or digital services; global teams preferred
