What you will do
- Onboard new imaging facilities, implement protocols, and train technologists hands-on
- Optimize MRI protocols across vendors like Siemens, GE, Philips for superior image quality and efficiency
- Evaluate MRI safety for implants/devices and enforce best practices site-wide
- Perform image quality audits, track metrics like repeat rates, and drive performance improvements
- Develop SOPs, training programs, and resources for technologists
- Troubleshoot DICOM workflows and collaborate with teams to enhance interoperability
Requirements
- 5+ years as MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
- Expertise in MRI protocols, image optimization, and safety
- Strong communication and training skills
- Adaptability to diverse clinical environments and systems
- Detail-oriented commitment to clinical excellence
Nice to have
- Experience with 2+ MRI vendors
- MR Safety Officer (MRSO) certification
- CT experience
- Comfort with hybrid schedule including travel
