What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support during development and validation.
• Bridge customer vehicle teams and hirify.global engineering for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or escalate as needed.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer systems and APIs like drive-by-wire.
• Maintain system-level view to distinguish vehicle vs. software problems.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with development vehicles.
• Proficiency with diagnostic/calibration tools (e.g., CANape).
• Solid understanding of vehicle protocols (CAN, Ethernet) and architectures.
• Practical automotive experience, ideally bringing products to production.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
