What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AWS as a stable, scalable service platform.
• Own architecture and health of AWS environments including compute, networking, storage, identity, and Kubernetes.
• Drive improvements in reliability, performance, fault tolerance via observability, capacity planning, and resilience engineering.
• Establish AWS best practices for account structure, networking, isolation, and service usage.
• Build and enforce infrastructure-as-code for provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Improve developer experience with self-service patterns, templates, and paved paths.
• Manage cloud cost visibility and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders on uptime, performance, compliance; mentor cloud engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Deep hands-on AWS production systems experience.
• Strong Kubernetes and containerized environments expertise.
• Infrastructure platforms or internal developer platforms design/operation.
• Infrastructure-as-code and automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Cloud security: IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, encryption, least-privilege.
• Embedding security/compliance into platforms/pipelines (policy-as-code, guardrails).
• Distributed systems, scaling, failure modes understanding.
• Excellent written/verbal communication to influence teams.
• Submit updated resume translated to English
