What you will do

• Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments and transform to container/serverless architectures (AKS, EKS, Docker, Azure Functions).
• Implement observability, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility with organizational DevOps and security standards.
• Mentor DevOps engineers, foster collaboration, and explore new technologies through POCs.
• Apply SRE principles for resilience, incident management, capacity planning, and provide input on architecture and improvements.
• Handle on-call rotations, resolve production incidents, and promote knowledge sharing on automation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering; Master's in Computer Science or related preferred
• Minimum 8+ years in software/SRE/DevOps/Release Engineering with backend experience
• Strong software development in Python, .NET, or Java; proficient in PowerShell/Bash scripting.
• Recent experience with Azure/AWS core services and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins); Git; leading DevOps teams; DevOps culture transformation.
• Observability platforms, diagnostic tools for Windows/Linux; problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with highly available, fault-tolerant cloud-native systems at scale using IaC and CI/CD.
