What you will do

• Provide customer support for analyzer and measurement systems in Pulp & Paper manufacturing.
• Carry out preventative and reactive service calls, including repairs to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, issues, and changes.
• Report on completed services, faults found, and recommendations for improvements.
• Train customer staff on equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct audits at customer sites to identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in instrumentation and electromechanics, preferably in pulp and paper manufacturing.
• Technical school diploma in instrumentation, electromechanics, or mechatronics, or bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering.
• Electro-mechanically inclined, literate in computer-based systems, self-guided with strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, excels independently and in teams, handles customer pressure effectively.
• Instrumentation background and understanding of paper making processes.
